All Cancellations or change of date will be charged a 4% transaction fee of the total balance of the booking. A minimum of two weeks’ notice will be needed for a full refund (minus transaction fee). One week notice will be refunded at 50%. No refund will be issued if less then 7 days prior to your check-In date.

Cancellation in the event of a storm: If you are unable to attend your stay due to road conditions during a winter storm, please send us an email request to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that it will be our discretion to approve or disapprove your request based on the severity of the road conditions and that once your booking has been rescheduled, no refund will be given in the event that you cannot attend your second booking dates.
